Catherine A. Jopling
Catherine’s litigation experience includes matters involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriations, insurance claims, products liability, consumer protection, administrative hearings, commercial evictions, workers’ compensation, and a wide variety of business-related disputes.
Besides appearing in state and federal trials, Catherine is also an experienced appellate lawyer at both the state and federal levels. Additionally, Catherine’s practice takes her outside the courtroom: she has successfully represented clients in complex nationwide arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution settings. Catherine is committed to finding the most effective dispute resolution for her clients, whether that path leads to the courthouse or the negotiation table.
Catherine actively follows the changing landscape of eDiscovery to bring her clients the best value and tactical approach to this dynamic phase of litigation.
