Catherine’s litigation experience includes matters involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriations, insurance claims, products liability, consumer protection, administrative hearings, commercial evictions, workers’ compensation, and a wide variety of business-related disputes.

Besides appearing in state and federal trials, Catherine is also an experienced appellate lawyer at both the state and federal levels. Additionally, Catherine’s practice takes her outside the courtroom: she has successfully represented clients in complex nationwide arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution settings.
